Prati-Concept was created in 2001 under the name "Conception Serge Beaudry" and started their activities in the creation and sales of luggage carriers "Espace Plus". In 2003, Serge Beaudry enter into a partnership with Denis Théoret, the company continued their operation under the new name, Prati-Concept SBDT, SENC.
